Guyana
Guyana accepted the UNESCO World Heritage Convention on June 20, 1977 . It currently has no inscribed World Heritage sites, although its Tentative List includes both cultural and natural properties . Recurring themes in its nominations feature colonial-era architecture in Georgetown—such as Gothic Revival civic buildings and Dutch-period forts—as well as coastal and marine ecosystems like Shell Beach.
