Trinidad and Tobago
Trinidad and Tobago ratified the UNESCO World Heritage Convention on 16 February 2005. To date, it has no inscribed World Heritage sites, but its Tentative List includes both natural and cultural properties. Common themes among its nominations are archaeological heritage (such as the Banwari Trace site), unique geological and ecological landscapes like the La Brea Pitch Lake, and ancient forest reserves exemplified by the Tobago Main Ridge.
